CARNIVORE SECTION
Carnivore are animals that eat meat (flesh eaters) These animals have several adaptations that help them to hunt prey. For instance, lions have retractable claws and hyenas have powerful jaws capable of crushing bones and tearing flesh. Most carnivores are usually fast as they need to chase and tire their prey.
Some carnivorous animals are predators while some are scavengers but not all carnivores are strict meat-eaters.
